Spyker C8 Aileron
The new C8 Aileron continues Spyker's signature architecture first seen in the original Spyker C8 Spyder back in 2000.
This articulately made Mid-Engine configuration is set in an all aluminum space age frame and bodywork The wheelbase was stretched without adding any additional weight to car and while the frame was strengthened up to 40% over the previous model.
The Spyker C8 Aileron light aviation-inspired design marks a new chapter in the company's history, they reduced amount of chrome and polished parts plus redesigned airflow around the car giving it a cleaner appearance over its previous model. Powered by an Audi 4.2-liter V8 engine producing over 400 horsepower accompanied by a manual six-speed transmutation or a six-speed automatic transmutation. The new, lighter aviation inspired 19 inch alloy wheels accompanied by the totally redesigned suspension feature a double wishbone and vertically placed shock absorbers that improve ride quality for both street and track purposes. Inside, Spyker still writes "luxury" in capital letters: Top-level leather in 14 standard colors, a Kharma sound system incorporating multimedia features such as satellite navigation, Bluetooth, CD player and iPod and optional Chronoswiss dials should satisfy even the most demanding driver. The new Spyker C8 Aileron is priced at $312,390 for the manual-transmission model and $324,750 for the automatic transmission model.
