That new flat six 3.8-liter replaces the 3.6 liter gets and gets Porsche's New Variocam system hooked onto both exhaust intakes, improving performance throughout the rev band. Torque is dramatically improved even at high speeds of 160 + MPH. Magneto rheological engine mounts have been added to the New 2010 Porsche 911 GT3 this allows a damping effect which can make the cabin ride smooth at high speeds. The magneto rheological engine mounts are adjusted to keep things smooth with no flex, transmitting every ounce of power to the wheels.
Other updates for the new 2010 Porsche 911 GT3 include a new aerodynamic body skirts, LED tail lights, bi-xenon headlights and lightweight two piece aluminum center brakes.
The New 2010 Porsche 911 GT3 will go on sale in Europe for €116,947 plus tax in May 2009 while the U.S. will receive its version in October at a price of $112,200 plus tax.
